Backstage Access To UNT's Fashion Show

Ever had a dream? Has it ever come true? 

Well, we're getting one step closer to our dream. We had the opportunity to style for our organization's fashion show this weekend. Not only did we have a great time, but we learned so much in the process and had a chance to meet some wonderful stylists, models, producers and  coordinators. We wanted to give you full coverage and total access to the fashion show. 

Our fashion show was called UNTamed and the theme of the show was jungle inspired. Stylists from around campus came out to give their best interpretation of the theme. The white gowns you see were styled by Kevin and Vicki. We had some amazing stylists who came up with some great ideas, which are also shown below. We had Terra White from America's Next Top Model drop by to show some love.

Revival of the Loafers

We decided to take a look that you would usually associate with your grandpa and give it a fresh youthful spin and still maintain some of that sophistication. We wore our loafers without socks because they are a pair of shoes that you shouldn't really be wearing with socks, especially when worn casually.

Our friend, Bonnie, from Serendipitous Style, is wearing her oxfords (which are seeing tremendous popularity with fashion lovers, nowadays) with her stockings to create a very throw back look.
